You can cancel your Applydex Pro subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain Pro access until that date, and you will not be charged again.
Applydex Pro is billed monthly in advance. Once a billing cycle begins, we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of that month. You retain full access to Pro features through the end of the paid period.
If you subscribed to Applydex Pro for the first time and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. This guarantee applies only to a user's first-ever subscription on their account and does not apply to renewals or re-subscriptions.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
If a subscription renewal payment fails, Razorpay will automatically retry it per its standard dunning schedule. If payment continues to fail, your Pro access may be downgraded to the free tier until a successful payment is received. No refund is due for time lost to failed payments.
If we change subscription prices, you will receive at least 14 days' notice before the change affects your next renewal. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the renewal date.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@applydex.com. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
